Manager of Benefits

Description We are in search of a Manager of Benefits to join our team in the healthcare industry, located in Fredericksburg, Virginia. This role involves heavy vendor administration and overseeing two benefits specialists. It is a position that offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with healthcare and ideally insurance broker experience.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage two benefits specialists to ensure smooth operations Administer vendor relations and manage all aspects of vendor administration Use accounting software systems to manage and monitor financial aspects of benefits Utilize ADP - Financial Services, ADP HRB, and ADP Workforce Now for various HR and financial tasks Handle 401k - RRSP Administration and ensure all related tasks are completed accurately and on time Perform auditing tasks to ensure compliance and accuracy in all benefit functions Administer benefits function and ensure all benefits are processed correctly and efficiently Handle claim administration and resolve any issues or disputes that arise Administer Cobra and ensure all processes are in line with regulations Utilize Ceridian software for various HR and benefits related tasks.Requirements Proficiency in Workday Able to work with Ceridian Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration Skills in Auditing Understanding of Benefit Functions Capable of Claim Administration Proficiency in Cobra AdministrationRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
