Description:Under the Manufacturing Lead and/or Supervisor’s direction, support manufacturing operations to meet strategic department objectives. Prepare cleaning and sanitizing solutions and perform daily, weekly, monthly cleaning of controlled and classified manufacturing areas. Replenish manufacturing components, materials, and supplies in all processing areas.This role could be heavily sanitation related OR based on their skill set could begin in sanitation so they understand the GMP policies and regulations and move into a Cleanroom operator role. Transport bright stock and finished product to and from staging as required according to manufacturing schedule. Conform to current good manufacturing practices and good documentation practices and adhere to all safety regulations. Attend and participate in daily shift meetings to communicate events and issues to the manufacturing team. Perform other duties as assigned by manufacturing managementCandidates that run equipment will be in a cleanroom environment where only smocks and perhaps hair covers are required; however they will not touch the product with their hands. They will put their hands into gloves that are actually part of the equipment to handle the delicate vial filling processCandidates could work in 1 of 3 areas to include the syringe filling line, the Vial line Or the packaging line to pack all materials into boxes for shipmentSkills:Production, Cleaning, Machine operation, Gmp, Inventory, Janitorial, Data entry, Material handling, General production, Quality control, Picking, cnc, Forklift, Customer service, Assembly, General labor, Quality assurance, Machine operating, Rf scanner, Packing, Sanitation, Sanitize, Packaging, fda complianceAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Candidate must have experience in manufacturing and after seeing the environment, preferably in an Operator role that is heavy in quality control in Food manufacturing OR chemical manufacturingCandidates will go through extensive training in pharmaceutical manufacturing which will be unique to this area outside of Fareva, the only other plant that is similar in the state of Virginia.Candidates must have critical thinking skills to work through complex issues with equipment (all CNC and highly robotic) or in even their cleaning roles as mistakes cannot be made in the quality of sanitation or manufacturing insulinCandidates must be able to wear all PPE Provided for cleaning and manufacturingCandidates must be mechanically inclined and have CNC experience as all equipment is highly technical and robotic automationExperience Level:Intermediate LevelAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
