Marine Engineer

Overview:We are currently hiring a handful of cleared Marine Engineers who have CVN experience to support the upcoming maintenance and repair work at Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) in Portsmouth, VA. This work will be supporting the CVN Planning Project supporting CVN-78. If you or anyone in your network may be interested in these opportunities, please let me know!Description:

The marine engineers will support the construction, maintenance, overhaul, and modernization of aircraft carriers (e.g. CVN 78 Class) as well as research and development, specialized technical assignments, technical documents and cost reduction initiatives.

This could be equipment, systems, hull, machinery, etc tied to CVN-78.

Will be able to get you within your experience and segment/discipline.

Qualifications:

Active clearance required.

BS in Engineering (any discipline)

Minimum of 6 years related marine/ship engineering experience.

Candidates must have CVN experience. Must have technical knowledge and experience in one of the following areas: electrical, mechanical, and structural and/or combat systems engineering disciplines.
