Masonry Laborer

M3, Inc. is hiring Masonry Laborers. This is full-time, year-round work with full benefits. Starting salary is $18+ per hour, depending upon experience. You must have reliable transportation to/from jobsites located in Charlottesville and surrounding counties/cities (Scottsville, Harrisonburg, Waynesboro).

Duties:

Move & organize material and equipment

Mix mortar

Cut brick and block

Erect/Dismantle scaffolding

Job site clean-up

Job Requirements:

Past experience as a Masonry Laborer and familiarity with duties described above

Ability to get to/from job sites, daily

Punctual, courteous, and dependable

Ability to meet physical demands of job

Good communication and listening skills

Ability to follow directions and work within Safety Guidelines

Proper documentation is a prerequisite for employment with M3, Inc.

Pay:

Laborers earn between $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.

After 60 days, full-time employees are eligible to enroll in Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans offered through M3, Inc.

Schedule:

A typical schedule is Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Paid Holidays:

After 90 days, full-time employees are paid for 8 Holidays.

Flexible Paid Time Off:

After one year of employment, we offer 40 hours of flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) to full-time employees.
