Master Mechanics NEEDED You State Your Terms

Greetings! My name is Ben. I am starting up a car repair garage.

I am looking for Master Mechanics. Active or Retired.

To me this is someone who has their own tools and can operate to help us generate revenue. Having friends you can bring along too is helpful. Being willing to teach others is helpful. We can’t do this without.

I believe I need 2-4 Master Mechanics with their own tools to open this garage and catapult us to operational stability.

I am a doctor and I am securing funds and submitting the business plans and will be running the business. Unlike other shops I want to take care of us all. This means we want to generate enough revenue for benefits. Socials. Gifts or bonuses. I am very open to profit sharing above a specific figure. (I want to pay myself for running the business so my necessities are covered, and begin profit sharing. This fits in my financial plan.)

I have two certified techs and 2 general laborers and myself so far. I am in the project stage and this is a new business. I am looking for your help. We can’t do it without you. Even if you’re retired and want to help or be employed some we will humbly accept your wisdom and guidance.

Failure is not an option for us. You tell me what you can do, how it makes money, and what you’d like to be paid. I will make sure it works! I know I can make a decent salary with your help and there’s TONS OF MONEY out there we can get to all our families and I want that for my team. I want us to build a mechanic’s oasis.
