Mechanic Needed for ENGINE PULL

Engine Pull of a 1989 Dodge D100 300 block engine, the engine itself has never run and it’s currently in a donor/parts truck. The truck itself is out my house and I need a mechanic to come to me as the engine/car doesn’t run. We will pay you 200 dollars at least, plus 20 bucks and hour extra over 3 hours
