- Working experience on collaboration tools such as Mural, Miro, Mentimeter and Slido.
- Certifications: CSM, prefer CSP-SM or PSM I, prefer PSM II
- Working experience and/or certification on Kanban is a plus
- Working or familiarity with Spotify model is a plus
- Working experience in SAFe is a plus
- Prior Agile Coaching, Project and Program management roles is a plus
