Title: UI/UX Designer - DIRECT-HIRE

Clearance: Active Secret clearance required to qualify

Location: Washington, DC

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3-5 years of practical experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
Experience collaborating with Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Content Strategists, and Product Managers throughout the design and development process.
A portfolio highlighting multiple projects that demonstrate experiences designing digital interfaces.
Able to work in an agile environment supporting multiple teams.
Secret clearance or ability to obtain a Secret/TS/SCI.

Preferred qualifications:

Knowledge of DoD space, defining metrics for UI improvements, and analytic dashboards.
Ability to work within a highly technical environment.
Ability to work in close collaboration with Program Managers to define and explore product opportunities.
Outstanding conceptual and interaction design skills and a track record of designing and shipping successful platform experiences for enterprise users.
Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and collaboration skills
