Millwrights and Welders/Pipefitters

This is a direct hire role with our client. This person would work on a team and would install equipment/machinery in commercial and manufacturing environments.

-Ability to set equipment such as, pumps, motors, generators, conveyors, compressors & process equipment including: layout for anchor bolts, level (including shim as required), align motors to couplings, etc….

-Understands the term “soft-foot” and can correct it. – Soft Foot = When equipment is not sitting on it’s base squarely.

-Can use dial indicators, 98 levels, torpedo levels, calipers, with proficiency.

-Competent rigger to be able to properly attach rigging to equipment for installation.

-Familiar with bearings, how they work, what they are for & how to replace.
