The Role

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented A.M. Prep Cook to join our back-of-house team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys the rhythm of a morning kitchen, setting the stage for service, preparing ingredients with care, and upholding the high standards that define our restaurant.

What We’re Looking For

At least 2 years of professional kitchen experience

Strong sense of organization and efficiency

Excellent time management and communication skills

Keen attention to detail and cleanliness

Curiosity, thoughtfulness, and a willingness to learn

Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift kitchen equipment as needed
