• Requirements Gathering (including, Capital Markets Relationship Management Team – Investor Management, Production Pipeline Management, Prod Ops – Customer Management (sponsor, borrower, lender)

• Configuration support to develop and implement requirements.

• Maintenance of existing features (config, plugins, workflows, business rules, data model)

• Development/enhancement of new plugins, config, workflows, business rules, data model

• Data Model and Data Integration Management (SSIS package)

• PROD Support – (issue resolution/ ad hoc requests from producers, underwriters, capital markets for reports and information)

• User provisioning (should know the security configuration in dynamics & its integration with keychain)

• Infrastructure support (browser support, SSIS servers/upgrades)

• Supplier Upgrades (Microsoft wave1, wave2, Deprecation)

• Deployment of solutions (DEV, SIT, UAT, PROD)

• Enhancements using the out of the box features available in the product.

• Maintenance of the Bot job to synch the Keychain AD groups with Dynamics roles.
