Our work depends on Capture Director joining our team to support some of our Navy clients’ biggest challenges.HOW A CAPTURE DIRECTOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT :This role will lead strategic/priority capture opportunities from $100M to $1B for the Navy Business Area. This position provides an outstanding opportunity to play a leadership role and apply the breadth of resources available in our organization to address critical technology and mission challenges. The breadth of our portfolio and the scale of our $8B company ensure that this role can absorb new challenges and responsibilities as our business and mission-impact expands.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education : Bachelor’s degree. In lieu of degree 10+ years as a lead Capture Manager required.

Required Experience: 6+ years of experience as a lead Capture Manager

Required Skills and Abilities: Understanding of relevant technology and processes focused on IT Services, Lifecycle SW development, Cloud and Cyber solutions, and defense mission focused program support offerings. Experience with corporate investment and procurement processes. Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and lead cross-functional teams through collaboration.

Preferred Experience: 4+ years of recent Navy or Marine Corp capture experience with NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVWAR or other Navy Commands of successfully winning business in the DoD market.

Preferred Skills and Abilities: PMP or equivalent certification

Location: This position will be a hybrid role working between GDIT facility in Falls Church, VA and remote

Security Clearance Level: Ability to obtain a secret clearance or higher
