- The .NET Developer should have hands-on experiences developing scripts, store procedures and can understand fully how to address issues with any existing scripts that execute nightly that may need debugging.
- The .NET Developer will work with a team of three others to ensure database scripts execute nightly and will be responsible for monitoring the job.
- Should be able to develop notifications if required, when jobs fail, and/or require more testing or enhancements.
- The .NET developer should have some knowledge of how to handle daily database ingests and be responsive to the software team when data-sets are required for testing and deployment.
- 2+ years, hands-on experience using C#.Net, including an understanding of development best practices for performance and reliability.
- Hands-on, experience using CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, and other web development technologies
- Familiarity with CI/CD and deployment automation a plus
- Familiarity with application hardening and penetration testing a plus
- Experience developing in an Agile methodology environment such as SAFe and Scrum
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
- Can demonstrate knowledge and problem solving skills from an OOAD perspective including use of formal diagramming and modeling languages.
- Experience with test driven development and SONARQube a plus.
- Experience with source control, including knowledge of Git.
- Demonstrates ability to estimate development effort, identify potential risks and blockers, and communicate resource needs for technical solutions.
- Familiarization with Agile driven development (e.g. scrum).
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or CS equivalent
