Job Title: .NET Developer (Remote)

Duration: 8 Months

Description:
  • Client currently issues debt for multiple bond programs.
  • Each of these issuances results in bond proceeds that need to be paid, on a reimbursement basis, to the various institutions and agencies on behalf of which the bonds were issued.
  • Because the proceeds are paid on a reimbursement basis, we have a need to track the proceeds and ensure that payments are made in accordance with legislative authority and bond requirements.
  • As a result, we are developing a new Bond Req. System. Define & Implement Security in the System working with Main user and ISO.
  • External Portal design and coding.
  • SQL Data conversion tasks if needed.
  • Develop help system.
  • Assist in UAT testing.
  • .NET, Visual Studio, C#, VB.NET, VBA, HTML 5, JavaScript, CSS, SQL Server, XML, Web Services, Source Control, Content Management Systems.
  • Experience with the software development lifecycle including waterfall, agile and other methodologies
  • Experience with OKTA, SAML or single sign-on solutions a plus.

Required Skills:
  • Development Experience in .NET, Model View Controller (MVC), Entity Framework, SQL
  • Development experience with Single Sign on Solutions such as OKTA, SAML and support of external facing portals.
  • Strong unit and user testing experience in support of business users
  • Interface with ISO to develop approved security architecture
  • UI Experience using CSS with jQuery & JavaScript
  • Ability to follow Lead and handle multiple tasks and be flexible.
