.Net Support Sr. Engineer

• 4-6 experience working on.Net technologies.
• Strong technology background, solid understanding of the ITSM process (Incident, Problem Management, change management).
• Experience in product Support and working in odd hours.
• Responsible for maintaining .Net, VB and Angular applications using Client standard practices and techniques.
• Responsible for ensuring tasks assigned are completed in a timely manner.
• Responsible for documenting and communicating application design, topologies, and architecture of the existing business applications and debugging the same.
• Assists the team in Root Cause Analysis and recommends solutions to fix the business incidents.
• Very good exposure in troubleshooting AutoSys Job failure
• Responsible for generating reports utilizing IT standard methods.
• Experience and proven ability to communicate (verbally and written) effectively with business and IT stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Exposure to Auto sys job schedule, monitoring.
• Good with Unix shell script and background processes.
• Good hands-on experience with SQL, stored procedure (Sybase, MS SQL server)
