Network Engineer - Onsite at Richmond,VA

• Second shift (2:00 pm - 10:00 pm EST). We are flexible if the candidate is willing to work first or second shift.

• Experience in Network Operations Monitoring and meeting SLA requirements
• Knowledge of Industrial Ethernet networking used in manufacturing environments
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working with a TCP/IP network
• Experience with Ticket management systems such as Service Now
• Experience with (Change Advisory Board) CAB processes and procedures
• Has hands-on experience in configuring Cisco Switches including NexOS, Stratix 5700’s, 9300’s 9400’s and 9500 Switches
• Experience with monitoring tools to include Solar winds and IPAM for example
• Must have a minimum certification or equivalent experience to CCNA Level or better (Hands on Experience is required)
• To include Routing, Switching, and Firewall Security
• ITIL knowledge/certification preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication is a must have
• Preferred - Experience and or knowledge of OT/Manufacturing Network Architectures
• Preferred - Experience and or knowledge of managing OT Manufacturing End Devices such as PLC’s, Servo’s, Drives, etc.
