Network Engineering- Firewall/ISE Administration Location: REMOTE Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options Position Type: Multiyear Contract Job Description: Network Engineer (Network Engineering- Firewall/ISE Administration) Please only apply if you have advanced Cisco Firewall ASA administration and Cisco ISE experience Description: To provide technical direction, engineering support, evaluation of existing systems, and maintenance of existing systems through knowledge of engineering principles as they relate to Cisco ASA Firewall and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) Administration. Responsibilities: Plan, test, and implement upgrades to data network equipment Maximizes network performance, troubleshoots network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimization. Secures network system by enforcing policies. Reporting network operational status by gathering, prioritizing information; managing projects Document modifications to existing components Ensure the security and integrity of system and product solutions including compliance with Client, industry engineering and Information Security principles and practices Perform engineering tasks and assignments in support of business needs Provide technical leadership in the architecture discipline and operations of Information Technology solutions Present clear, organized and concise information to all audiences through a variety of media to enable effective business decisions Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications (all required unless otherwise noted): Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience Advanced Cisco Firewall ASA administration experience Advance Cisco ISE administration experience Problem Solving LAN Knowledge Proxy Servers Knowledge Load Balancer Knowledge DNS Knowledge Network Design and Implementation Network Troubleshooting Network Hardware Configuration Network Performance Tuning Advanced research, analytical, and problem-solving skills Advanced verbal and written communication skills Advanced spreadsheet software skills Effective organizational, planning and time management skills Effective skill exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions Effective skill guiding and training less experienced staff For immediate consideration, please apply directly or contact Ryan Pustilnik at 301.740.2110 System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, TPGS, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering workforce solutions and integrated services across North America.
