Seeking one person to stay overnight at a beautiful 6-acre farm in a fully furnished newly built 2 BR/2BA home for 1 hour/day work. 10 minutes from Harrisonburg. Will receive a fully furnished private bedroom/bath and access to company kitchen, porch, study, and laundry.
Responsibilities:
1 hour of work letting out dogs for a bathroom break (c. 9-10pm). Depending on occupancy, this make take less time.
Keep space clean and tidy
Be on property from 7PM to 7AM.
Rules:
No pets
No drinking/drugs
Kindness, cordiality, professionalism a must
Must like dogs (handling experienced preferred)
Compensation:
Free bedroom/private bath, free utilities, free internet in exchange for 1 hour unpaid work daily.
May have access to more paid hours and responsibilities but can be combined with full-time or part-time work somewhere else.
Perfect for graduate student (no undergrads) or vet tech
