Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a (NIGHT SHIFT) Help Desk Technician to support a restricted program in Lorton, VA.
The (NIGHT SHIFT) Help Desk Technician will be responsible for responding and supporting customer issues and requests. The (NIGHT SHIFT) Help Desk Technician will also be responsible for documenting and ticketing events/incidents. The Responsibilities of the (NIGHT SHIFT) Help Desk Technician include: • Providing end user support and troubleshooting • Documenting and creating tickets for events/incidents • Escalating tickets to proper department • Respond to customer calls and emails • Able to work 10PM - 630AM shift The Qualifications of the (NIGHT SHIFT) Help Desk Technician include:- 1+ year of working in Service Desk or Help Desk roles
- Experience with incident tracking system such as Remedy or ServiceNow
- ACTIVE TS/SCI security clearance
- $60,000 - $80,000
