You must be outgoing and willing to work to increase sales, develop fleet accounts, provide superior customer service while supervising and training oil change technicians. Hands on oil change service will be required.

Knowledge of basic automotive maintenance is required.

Our Oil Change Supervisor oversees the day to day execution of the oil change facility and ensures the customers are being treated with the utmost respect. As an Oil Change Supervisor, you will be responsible for changing oil & filters on customers vehicles while ensuring Oil Change Techs adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Changing oil & filters while following set procedures

Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work area

Motivates Techs to deliver the highest level of customer services

Diagnose issues and recommends repairs to customers on vehicles

Ensures all equipment is in working order

Closes and opens shop at allotted times set out by the owner.

Ensures there is adequate amount of stock/inventory on shelves at any given time

Comply with all laws and regulations pertaining to hazardous materials and ensures techs are following guidelines

Assists with improving car count numbers by calling on fleet services to increase sales

Understand federal, state and local regulations, including hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.

Holding the highest level of customer service and maintaining a positive response to customers at all times

Contribute to a positive culture and work environment

Minimum Requirements

Excellent communication skills

Outstanding Customer Service Skills

Supervisory experience is preferred

Must be able to work Saturday’s

Customer service background preferred

Ability to use a point of sale system is required

Maintaining a clean and well organized shop, including restrooms.

Valid driver's license

Working Environment:

The manager must be able to do the following:

lift a minimum of 50lbs

Work underneath a vehicle

Use tools effectively

Work in hot and cold weather

Uniforms are required (provided)
