- Supporting & hiring leaders and internal/external candidates in on boarding and post-offer checks.
- In this role, you will process and monitor new hire items such as hire documentation offer contingencies (background checks, drug tests, medical and security clearance), set start dates, and schedule orientations.
- 2+ years’ experience with the MS Office suite
- 2+ years’ experience with onboarding /post-offer checks – including but not limited to processing background checks, I9s, drug screens, etc.
- Experience in a customer service-driven role
- Experience in a previous role where meticulous attention to detail, with emphasis on accuracy and quality, was paramount
- Experience processing candidates in a high-volume environment managing 50+ candidates at a time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Plus
- Prior experience with Workday
- Experience implementing employee on boarding processes and process improvements
