(DMI) is seeking a full time Operations Manager Duties and Responsibilities:- Responsible for managing very complex and/or high-risk programs and shall not serve in any other capability.
- Directing daily staff and task activities to meet client and corporate work objectives.
- Supervising assigned technical and administrative staff, including subordinate managers.
- Assuring quality of task products, services, and deliverables, including participating in reviews, audits, and site visits.
- Serving as a liaison with clients to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems.
- Responsible for coordinating and monitoring subcontractor activities.
- Building and managing an effective and efficient team, focused on high quality delivery, financial performance, and client relationship development.
- Working with the government, vendors and teaming partners to integrate systems for the overall success.
- Developing staff and ensure ongoing performance and professional growth.
- Overseeing and continually improving delivery on program, including supporting problem resolution.
- Creating effective business and technical cloud strategies and solutions that drive growth and execution
- Must have an bachelor's degree or equivalent amount of documented experience in program management to qualify for this position.
- Must have fifteen years project/program management experience.
- Must have the ability to manage and ensure the successful completion of multiple technical tasks in assigned program(s).
- Must have the ability to recruit, hire, manage, supervise, train, schedule, coordinate, and evaluate staff, manage budgets, resolve employee and customer related issues.
- This position will serve as the Deputy Program Manager and must be able to assist in the daily management of the Program and run the program during the absence of the Program Manager.
- Experience running large complex programs desired.
- Prior Federal experience and strong ITIL background preferred.
- PMP certification.
