CompQsoft is seeking a Oracle Database Administrator to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals at Herndon, VA for the DOS program.Job Description:• Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years’ experience; or four (4) years of additional relevant experience in lieu of degree • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle RDBMS• Broad technical expertise with technical knowledge in Oracle RDBMS 12c and 19c• Expert level knowledge of General RDBMS, Database tuning, SQL tuning, Database Statistics, Database upgrades, Data Guard• Working level knowledge of RAC (Real Application Clusters), Exadata, ASM, Grid Infrastructure, RMAN, Oracle Enterprise Manager, Oracle database compliance framework, vi editor, Linux• Excellent communications skills – the ability to effectively communicate highly technical information in non-technical terminology, both written and verbal• Understanding of change management principles associated with upgrades and implementations• Ability to work under minimal supervision• Must have a current, active Secret (or higher) clearance.
