CACI is the prime contractor for the MyNavyHR Transformation program, a large-scale integration and development transformation effort, that will offer significant growth opportunity for candidates. This position will be a unique and exciting career opportunity that will involve the integration, development, and deployment of enterprise-wide systems involving COTS ERP, SaaS solutions, mobile solutions, and enterprise data analytics in a state-of-the-art Agile development environment. The transformation and integration of over 50 legacy systems to ERP and SaaS solutions will be a monumental technical experience for this position. In addition, the resulting solution will deliver direct support to our Navy Sailors and their families.

As the Senior Professional Systems/Oracle DBA:
  • Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing technical processes and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team and line management.
  • Design, cost and install highly available Oracle database environments.
  • Develop, implement, and test load balancing, fault tolerant and disaster recovery methodologies within Oracle databases environments.
  • Possess senior level database systems administration and upgrade abilities.
  • Ability to incorporate integration technologies within the Oracle database architecture.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft HCM with Global Payroll, Financials and other PeopleSoft products.
  • Perform application-level SQL tuning activities.
  • Seek and develop efficiencies by leveraging 3rd party software, scripting and process improvement.
  • Ability to develop multi-team project plans to support enterprise goals and objectives.
  • Able to identify and communicate needs and dependencies to mitigate risks.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to management, application development, testing, and engineering teams.
  • Possess excellent problem solving and decision-making skills that provide solutions that support integrated master plans, goals and objectives.
  • Oversee and manage operational aspects of all Oracle database environments.
  • Ability to manage and direct activities to achieve enterprise goals and objectives.
  • Review and provide status of projects and budgets, develop and manage schedules.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree - Computer Science focus is preferred: additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • MUST be able to obtain Oracle 19c Certification
  • MUST be able to obtain Security+ Certification.
  • MUST be able to obtain Top Secret
  • Possess Oracle database administration experience across multiple COTS products (PeopleSoft HCM, FSDM, ELM, etc.)
  • Familiar with integration technologies (PSIGW, MQ, MuleSoft Anypoint).
  • Certified Oracle RDBMS 12c administrator
  • Familiar with WebLogic 12 or 14 administration.
  • Experienced in developing project plans that incorporate multiple team participation.
  • Experienced in leading technical groups or projects.
  • DOD 8570 IA Level II Certification required (i.e. Security+ CE).
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $86,200-$176,600. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
