Qualifications

If you are good with your hands, a quick learner and have great attention to detail, you may be well qualified to apply.

-No sewing experience required.

- Past ability to hold a job for more than ayear.

-Ability to sit, stand and use your body/arms/hands to create great gear throughout the day.

-Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

-Can work without external distractions from personal screens or devices.

-Good at adjusting to changing production tasks.

-Hardworking and self-motivated: Must be able to work in a fast pace environment with accuracy and confidence.

-Be a good team player with a positive attitude and add to the overall positive workplace experience.

-Those with previous work experience in afast-paced production, manufacturing or assembly type environments do well.

- Low stress enviournment, great for Introverts, self starters and go getters.

HS Graduate or equivalent minimum education required.

The Work

Team members will learn to build, sew and assemble the range of gear we design and sell.

-About 80% of the workday is sitting and sewing using industrial sewing machines like single , double needle and bartacker machines.

-About 20% of the workday is standing and moving around to prepare, cut fabric, make reinforcements and assemble gear.

-Most items are made start to finish by one person. We are not a sweatshop assembly line.

Pay and Benefits

-Staring Pay at $17.50 per hour. (10-20% above competitors in our region and industry.)

-40hr work week. M-F. No weekends. No nights. No required OT. Work week is generally 8-5 M - Th + F 8-2. Small start and end time variations possible.

-Summer and Winter cash bonuses based on productivity and total time in job. Bonus average ranges from +5% to +15% of base pay, but no set limit for outstanding production and contribution.

-Paychecks every week.

-Paid training. No sewing experience needed.

-6 Paid Holidays per year.

-2 Weeks Paid Vacation per year. Accrual begins 60 days after hiring.

-Two paid 15min breaks per day.

-30 min lunch break, not paid.

-No Weekend Work.

-No Overtime Required.

-Flexible paid sick time policy.
