Painting houses

We are a landlord and have houses to clean and then paint.

You need to be able to clean and scrub walls and pick up trash and also be able to roll from a 5 gallon bucket and trim without tape.

you need to have been hired and paid to paint before, Be able to patch holes w plaster, and caulk trim etc.

you provide your transportation

IF YOU CAN PAINT, trim in a straight line, caulk etc then COME SHOW ME AND WE TALK about "how much" you get painted and MONEY

PART TIME. and we start at about $12/hour BUT PAID BY THE DAY, based on WHAT YOU GET DONE !
