Job Description:

We are seeking a Part-Time Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing initiatives of our Waste Management Company. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for marketing, creativity, and a desire to contribute to a sustainable and customer-focused business.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing:

Create Email Marketing Campaigns

Promote Services, Offers, & Company Updates

Maintain and update email lists

Follow up on targeted emails

Events:

Support the planning and execution of marketing events, promotions, and community outreach initiatives

Represent the company at events to promote brand awareness and generate leads

Keep up with Scheduled Events, Requirements, Staging, Location, & Coorespondence

Plan Resident Appreciation Days for our Valet Service properties each year

Mobile Marketing:

Plan travel routes to property locations

Prepare marketing materials for each property

Collect business cards and information required for each property

Learn to Market and Sell our specialized business services

Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for the company.

Make Cold Calls to other potential clients by sharing our services & pricing

Valet Trash (optional):

Takeover our Valet Trash sector and become your own boss

Sell & Manage the Service

Hire Employees as needed

Become a top wage earner, by being great at Sales, Service, & Care

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors.

Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns professionally and promptly.

Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all interactions.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus).

Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or similar role

Proficiency in using Android Apps

Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
