Primary duties include answering telephones, scheduling appointments, verifying patient insurance, patient check-in and check-out and other duties as requested. Other requirements may include:
Knowledge of standard medical terminology
Computer and general office skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Prior medical billing experience a plus
