• 2 to 4 years of experience with performance testing using JMeter and LoadRunner
• Experience using monitoring (Dynatrace, Datadog, Sitescope, etc.) and service virtualization tools (Mockito, Mountebank, etc.)
• Develops and maintains performance test scripts
• Capable of documenting and presenting test results to project stakeholders
• Has experience identifying performance bottlenecks, and can advise on possible resolution
• Can work with test lead to develop test estimations, plans, and strategies
• Coordinates testing activities of test resources against project test plans and schedules
• Experience with performance test execution, debug, creation and maintenance
• Knowledge of coding languages like Java
