- Should be able to develop and maintain performance test scripts
- Hands-on experience (6+ years) in Performance Center/LoadRunner Enterprise
- Hands-on experience (2+ years) in Application Performance Monitoring tools like Dynatrace/AppDynamics
- Conduct analysis and interpret test results. Identification of performance bottlenecks at service/component/query level and advise on possible resolution
- Capable of documenting and presenting test report with project stakeholders
- Should work with Non-functional requirements (NFRs) and develop test estimation, plan and strategy documents
- Work with QA Analysts and Developers to ensure that all aspects of the system have proper testing coverage and overall system performance & reliability
- Work with Agile team members across organization
- Should have SQL and Database knowledge
- Must have CI/CD knowledge with Jenkins
- Good to have knowledge on web automation using Java/Selenium (optional)
- Good to have knowledge on chaos testing (optional)
