The Clinic Assistant will be supporting the PTs in an outpatient setting.

The associate will perform a variety of clerical and patient care duties essential to the daily operation.

Duties include but are not limited to: assisting with medical record operations on a daily basis, greeting, registering and escorting patients, completing set-ups and clean-up for patient care, turning over patient rooms, and performing other patient administrative care duties as determined by the therapist.

Will work with 1-2 patients per appointment (appointments last anywhere from 20-30 minutes).

Assist patients from check-in to PT examination.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (must be available to work between the hours of 7 AM - 7 PM - shifts vary day to day)Additional Skills & Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent at minimum

Any sort of experience in Exercise Science, Physical Therapy, Yoga, Personal Training, etc.

Open to candidates looking to gain experience in exercise science who have recently finished a degree n a relevant field.
