Pizza Maker/ Cook

Great Pizza Co. is seeking a Pizza Cook with at least 1 year experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing hand tossed/hand stretched pizzas in

a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring efficient service and excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook pizzas, strombolis, calzones, and other dishes as needed

- Make dough, sauce, and prepare ingredients

- Monitor food stock levels and replenish ingredients as needed

- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and accurate food production

- Track inventory

Experience:

- 1 year pizza making experience

- Knowledge of various pizza types, dough stretching, and baking techniques

- Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as pizza ovens, mixers, and prep stations

- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting while maintaining quality standards

- Supervisory experience is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
