RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage Full Project Lifecycle – Planning, Execution & Controlling, Reporting, Closeout for Information Technology (IT) projects and Business projects.
- Manage Project Schedules and Budgets based on executive management and business Subject Matter Expert (SME) input.
- Manage Stakeholder Communications and Expectations, including incorporating changes in direction by executive and senior management.
- Create presentations, dashboards, workflows and user stories as needed.
- Manage vendors and deliverables, including escalating project issues.
- Manage and/or perform requirement development. Execute testing of requirements as needed.
- Manage project risks and issues; keep management informed as necessary.
- Experience managing stakeholders and leading project teams
- Advanced knowledge and experience in using MS project
- Advanced knowledge of using PowerPoint and Excel to analyze data and produce dashboards
- Experience in leading Waterfall and Agile projects
- Advanced knowledge of MS Visio or workflow software
- Active PMP certification
- Experience of working in the Medicaid or Managed Care Organizations
