Job Description As a valued contributor to our team, you will design and develop unprecedented solutions for information technology (IT) infrastructure environments in solving complex or unusual business problems across several projects, programs, or products. This work includes coding, testing, and certifying technology platforms, software, and applications. THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Azure Solution Engineer/Architect - Principal (Hybrid) role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

Apply your extensive and diversified knowledge of principles and advanced techniques and theories to develop unprecedented solutions for application design and IT infrastructure components.

Understand the end-to-end performance of IT platforms.

Establish and maintain policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.

Monitor performance and capacity metrics for technology solutions while identifying and developing plans to address long term trends or issues.

Qualifications THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM Minimum Required Experiences

8+ years of experience engineering infrastructure in the Azure cloud

6+ years of solutioning architecture in the Azure Cloud

Experience directing technical strategy and cascading vision across tech and non-technical stakeholders

Experience automating scaling infrastructure to right size cloud capacity demand

Experience interfacing with and advising executive stakeholders

Experience leading enterprise-wide, large-scale transformational projects

Desired Experiences

Bachelor degree or equivalent

Azure / AWS /GCP Certifications

Skills

Expertise with Microsoft and Azure products

Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion

Communication including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.

Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations

Determining causes of operating errors and taking corrective action

Product Development including designing products, developing product roadmaps, translating design requirements, prototyping, etc.

Ability to transform business processes using BPA, RPA, or other technology-enabled automation

Experience identifying and selecting strategic options, and identifying resources to meet the defined objectives

Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
