We accomplish this through implementation of policies, processes, controls, and metrics that promote compliance with global regulations.The Impact: This role will support our enterprise Information Governance and Privacy Compliance function. Working with each of our key stakeholders, you will own the project management function for our team and help drive the strategic initiatives of our Information Governance and Data Privacy program.What’s in it For You:In this role, you will: Work with each Division and Corporate Function across the enterprise to prioritize and coordinate Information Governance and Privacy Compliance projects and initiatives; Be an integral part of enhancing and developing the program, working with global stakeholders to track and drive key initiatives; and You will be part of a team that will is responsible for a key regulatory compliance program at S&P Global, helping to foster growth and innovation.Responsibilities:The Data Incident Manager will be responsible for: Act as project manager for the enterprise Information Governance and Privacy Compliance function. Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, and reports, as needed. Provide support to the enterprise and its affiliates including securing, preparing, drafting, and processing compliance and regulatory documents. Coordination of reoccurring and key Privacy/ Information Governance calls (scheduling with multiple stakeholders, taking notes, sending follow up action items). Data incident support (, tracking action items, liaising with stakeholders). Technical user story writing and priorities tracking for ongoing projects. Track and maintain yearly regulatory filings with data protection authorities and government entities. Assist with drafting and maintaining enterprise Records of Processing Activities. Assist in management of Data Subject Access Requests.What We’re Looking For:

1+ year experience as a paralegal, project manager, operations coordinator or similar

Proficient in Microsoft power point, excel and Office 365

Attention to detail with time management skills

Cross-group collaboration skills, including negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

BA/BS degree from an accredited university

Understanding of data privacy laws and regulations a plus

Experience working in Legal, IT, Compliance, Finance, or Data Analytics a plus

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $58,300 to $105,325. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
