Accurately prepares expense reports and travel arrangements in Concur.

Performs a variety of tasks to meet program requirements. Communicates any issues, problems, or additional information to Program Managers and Project Stakeholders and provides solutions.

Monitors and supports new hiring and staffing, evaluates timecard activities and reports the progress to Program Managers

As a Timecard Administrator, responsible to perform timekeeping audits and reports results to Senior Management.

Prepares and submits multiple purchase requisitions for the program.

Good verbal and written communications skills. Responsive to inquiries from internal and external customers.

Interacts regularly with internal and external customers and other industry representatives to validate customer requirements.

Good time-management skills while working with deadlines.

Assists employees, sub-contractors, and contract labor with any timecard issues.

Performs administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.

Monitors progress of program requirements.

Participates in special projects.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Security Clearance Level: Active Secret Clearance

Required Experience: 2+ Years experience.

Education: BA/BS or equivalent experience

Required Technical Skills: Experience using GDIT Concur Expense Travel and Expense Remittance system. Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
