Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of one or more high profile contract programs

Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program(s)

Establishes and defines program requirements and directs or performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plan

Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met

Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements

Performs business development activities

May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals

May serve as a team or task lead

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

BA/BS or equivalent, 10+ years of experience

HOW A PROGRAM ANALYST SR ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Performs complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.

Understands and manages cost forecasting applications.

Analyzes program cost/schedule reports; makes recommendations to allocate resources, improve and productivity.

Creates program reports/visualizations that enable strategic decision making.

Acts with a sense of urgency to execute and implement strategies which positively impact organization performance and results.

Clearly convey information and ideas to individuals or groups in an engaging manner to help them understand and retain the message. Ensures understanding by seeking input from others; checks understanding and presents message in different ways to enhance understanding.

Demonstrates a desire and ability to continually improve individual performance along with team performance at large. This includes providing the highest quality products and services while creating a work environment that leads to continuous improvement.
