The Digital Solutions Division of Tyler Technologies is currently looking to identify and hire someone to serve as our Program and Education Analyst, supporting our contract with the Federal Department of Transportation. Acquired by Tyler Technologies (NYSE:TYL) on April 21, 2021, the Digital Solutions Division (formerly NIC) is a leader in digital government solutions and payments, partnering with government to deliver user-friendly digital services that make it easier and more efficient to interact with government. Summary:

As our Program and Education Analyst, you will be responsible for increasing program usage by managing customer content, drafting communications and providing technical and analytical support for the Department of Transportations' Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) that is managed by Tyler Technologies. The analyst must have exceptional public speaking, training and technical writing skills. The analyst must also be a strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail, working well under pressure, and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Program Education and Outreach
  • Align and oversee growth activities to support and promote PSP.
    • Manage the activities, event calendar & attend association events/meetings
    • Present, train, and facilitate discussions about PSP at events and meetings in person and virtually.
  • Build, maintain, and grow professional relationships at all levels.
    • Attend association events: conferences, webinars, virtual meetings, and social events.
    • Update FMCSA partners at bi-weekly meetings and after each industry event.
    • Participate and engage directly with the transportation industry and build relationships (e.g., trade associations, boards, conferences, and other client-facing activities) for the PSP contract.
  • Engage in day-to-day relationships with FMCSA and industry representatives and track education and business development deliverables.
    • Provide education event recaps (conferences, webinars, virtual meetings, etc.)
    • Provide technical writing for PSP content for partner consideration, quarterly metric reports, annual highlight reports, and any other technical writings as requested.
  • Enhance company's competitiveness in the industry by becoming a SME

Customer Content Management and Technical Writing
  • Research, development and management of customer content for the PSP website, operations, partner updates, and administration projects
  • Create and deliver PSP partner presentations
  • Produce high-quality documents, and reports
    • PSP Annual Highlights
    • PSP Anniversary Document
    • Quarterly Metric Reports
  • Prepare metrics reports for internal and external distribution
    • Quarterly Metric Reports
  • Work with key internal team member to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the PSP and FMCSA strategy and in support of various Tyler brand initiatives.
  • Support and evaluate results of communication campaigns with the team.

Analytical

  • Review key performance indicators and site analytics to monitor emerging trends and identify areas for future improvement.
  • Manage the results and updates for the O&E Strategic Plan in the quarterly metric report.
  • Review, analyze, and report the data relating to education efforts for quarterly metric reports.
  • Identifies and analyzes opportunities for improving PSP program offerings.
  • Excellent analytical and management skills.
  • Perform in-depth and complex analysis to identify priorities, recommendations and goals to increase PSP adoption.
  • Research the transportation industry, stakeholder demands and expectations to recommend program expansion opportunities.
  • Prepare reports, compile analysis and results for internal and partner stakeholders.
  • Work with product expansion; help identify new clients, new market channels and information to support contract recompetes.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree is required.
  • 3- 5 years of working within or close to Federal government preferred.
  • Proven track record and skill building industry relationships.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation experience.
  • Experience producing high-quality written communications, recommendations for promotional collateral, technical documentation materials, and reports.
  • Experience working with clients to create mission focused materials to promote the use of services to enhance a business process.
  • Ability to quickly understand new information and apply it to a situation.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work with excellent time management skills.
  • Self-starter; able to work independently and set priorities.
  • Travel expectations average 5 conferences per year.
