Responsibilities
Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the programs.
Supervise Day Support and Community Engagement Employees.
Prepare reports as required.
Coordinate and monitor the documentation process
Write Person Centered Plans and Quarterlies.
Complete Part V's in WAMS System.
Market for New Individuals.
Communicate regularly with the community and make presentations at the CSBs and various facilities.
Meet regularly with facility directors and staff.
Evaluate individuals referred and receiving services.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years' experience in Human Services
Must serve as QMRP
Valid driver's license
Salary
$45,000-$47,000 yr.
