About This Role:

We are looking for a Program Director of Panel Experience to lead efforts to improve the panelist experience for Comscore's Digital Consumer Panels. Comscore's panels form the basis of many Comscore products and are integral to the company's success. As the Program Director of Panel Experience you will be responsible for building upon existing programs and developing new ones to grow the panel, support retention efforts to maintain panel membership through of variety of efforts, including creative content, website flows, incentive programs. Additionally, you will analyze the success of programs and drive changes to improve panelist retention and participation.

What You'll Do:
  • Oversee and optimize the user experience flow for panelists, from sign up on websites, app experience, post recruitment communications and incentive programs.
  • Create content for, including but not limited to, emails, website pages and app notifications.
  • Introduce new incentive programs and works across teams to implement and measure results of changes, including cost/results analysis.
  • Manage panel experience vendor relationships; periodically evaluate vendors and costs; makes vendor selection recommendations; migrates work to a new vendor when necessary.
  • Monitor the panelist experience budget
  • Ensures compliance with all legal and privacy requirements, including overseeing the data subject rights process.
  • Direct the activities of the panel support team, guiding on best practices and maintaining contracted SLA requirements.

What You'll Need:
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing (B to C), program management or other related field, 2+ years managing direct reports
  • Strong written skills and willingness to provide a writing sample
  • Enthusiastic self-starter mindset with an ability to work highly independently to achieve objectives, manage multiple projects, and flourish in a dynamic environment
  • Experience developing and managing relationships with vendors and direct reports. Supervises, mentors and helps develop direct reports on appropriate career path.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport virtually.
