Once restrictions are lifted, candidates will be required to work onsite daily M-F 8-5pm, NO exceptions The consultant program manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational functions for development group. Will assist ITD in managing operational activities with help of a team of consultants. Will be managing time and work load assignments for a team of consultants. Responsible for monitoring, assigning and tracking Kanban tickets. Participate in Sev.1 incident remediation efforts. The kanban tickets include Sev.2 and Sev.3 tickets from 160+ applications and 150+ technologies. Will be responsible for compiling and providing the daily and monthly reports to management. Will be responsible for coordinating and seeking appropriate approvals from Vdot's technical and management teams.
