Program Manager to join our team!

Individuals will support the U.S Army in mission support requirements for the U.S. Army Training Support System (TSS) .

Support will include providing program support for TSS-E implementations and operations in the following tasking areas

1) Sustainable Range Program

a. Range Operationsb. Range Development and Modernizationc. Integrated Training Area Management (ITAM)d. Geographic Information Systems (GIS)

2) Mission Complex and Live, Virtual, Constructive Integrated Architecture (LVC-IA) Support

a. Technical Supportb. Training Supportc. Exercise Supportd. Program Managemente. LVC-IA Support

Other duties include:
  • Conduct overall management coordination and serve as the central point of contact with the Government for performance of all work under the contract.
  • Develop, provide, and update TSS-E training products consisting of courseware, publications, and other products that are the outputs of the training development process.
  • Maintain, update, and assist in the development of TSS-E and related Army training publications
  • Develop contract status reports and providing write-ups on tasks that are late or other issues/risks identified in the status update.
  • Provide answers in writing to project management questions/issues raised during the execution of Call Orders.
  • Possess full authority to act on contract matters relating to the daily operations
  • Remain available during normal duty hours to meet with Government personnel (designated by the CO) to discuss any problem areas.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have

    Secret Clearance.
  • Must have a Bachelor s Degree in a relevant discipline
  • Must possess 10 years of experience with the management, workforce, utilization, and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills in projects similar in size and scope
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in presenting material to senior Government officials
  • Prior

    TRADOC experience is highly desired
  • A

    PMP Certification is highly desired
The location of the position can be performed in Fort Eustis VA, and multiple Travel to various CONUS and OCUNUS locations may be required.
