- Deep experience and expertise managing cybersecurity programs that include large teams of ISSOs, Risk Managers, security control assessors
- Experience managing at least $50M+ program
- Deep experience / familiarity with NIST RMF, FISMA, FedRAMP
- Developing and maintaining: program integrated project schedules, program and project costs and funding artifacts, program performance measures
- Project management improvement support,
- Program and portfolio management task tracking and reporting.
- Experience managing cross-functional, multi-disciplinary agile teams
- Improving and maturing cybersecurity workforces
- Technical experience as an ISSO, risk manager, security control assessor
Required Certifications: - CISSP, PMP, Agile certification (SAFe or other)
