DescriptionJob Description: Technical Program Manager (Endpoint Management)OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead an endpoint modernnization effort. As a Technical Program Manager, you will oversee a group of SCCM / Intune Engineers, application packagers, customer support team, and coordinate with other parts of the organization such as security and policy management. If you have a strong background in project management, technical leadership, and a passion for driving efficiency, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership

Manage a team of SCCM / Intune Engineers, application packagers, image management, support.

Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project execution.

Foster collaboration and effective communication within the team.

Must be capable of effectively communicating to the technical team as well wel as executives on the status and priorities of the program.

Must have experience with working in large organizations

2. Endpoint Management Strategy

Develop and execute a comprehensive endpoint management strategy.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align endpoint management goals with organizational objectives.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and security.

3. Project Oversight

Oversee the transition from SCCM to Intune while maintaining existing infrastructure.

Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.

Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.

4. Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with senior leadership, stakeholders, and end users to understand business requirements.

Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities effectively.

Advocate for endpoint management initiatives across the organization.

5. Team Dynamics and Personnel Management

Manage a diverse team, including SCCM / Intune Engineers, existing team members, and support staff.

Coordinate with other operational teams to ensure seamless collaboration.

Assume hiring and firing responsibilities as needed.

6. Location and Flexibility

Preferred location: Washington, D.C. area (with occasional visits to the Germantown office, 1-2 times a week).

Clearance status: Uncleared candidates are welcome.

Upward mobility: Opportunities for growth within this role.

7. Technical Acumen

Possess a strong tech background to delve into the details of ongoing projects.

Hands-on involvement in technical aspects is essential.

8. Project Phases

Initially, the project will be primarily remote.

As migrations ramp up, onsite presence will be required 1-2 times a week.

Collaborate closely with the desktop engineering team, customers, and support staff.

QualificationsQualifications:-Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a Public Trust- Program Management Expertise

Proven experience managing complex technical programs.

Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.

Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to inspire and motivate a team toward common goals.

- Strategic Thinking

Visionary mindset to drive long-term success in endpoint management.

Ability to balance short-term objectives with strategic planning.

- Education and Experience

Bachelors and fifteen (15) years or more of related experience; Masters and thirteen (13) years or more experience; PhD or JD and ten (10) years or more experience.

Minimum of 5 years of program management experience.

Target salary range: $200,001 - $225,000.
