As a PSP Project Coordinator, you will be trusted to provide support to PSP project leaders, project team members, and PSP program management through coordination, scheduling, process definition, and completion of meeting-related tasks and deliverables. In this role, a typical day will include:

Perform complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program

Collaborating with project leadership and team members, and utilizing project tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce, SharePoint and MS Office 365 Suite to prepare and edit weekly and monthly project status deliverables and distribute to various levels of program and client leaderships

Learning project-specific knowledge, to understand business context and provide added support value

Proactively evaluating the needs of the project and the client and developing and delivering solutions that improve project performance and client satisfaction

Communicate any issues, problems, or additional information to project managers and project stakeholders and recommend solutions

Documenting project processes, procedures, and job aids

Working with team members to obtain updates needed for project schedule statusing

Providing specialized administrative support to the project staff with minimal supervision

Coordinating and scheduling complex activities, such as technical meetings or Agile events

Preparing and distributing meeting materials and meeting minutes

Recording and managing project action items, including verification of task completion, and tracking the actions to closure, within agreed-upon due dates

Effectively work under time pressure, to meet schedules and deadlines, to multi-task, to plan, organize and prioritize work assignments and pay close attention to detail

Assists the project team adhere to GDIT corporate policies and procedures, and developing project-specific processes as appropriate

Maintains and delivers orientations on project processes to new team members

Assisting with other ad hoc project team coordination as needed

Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding

Coordinating smaller scoped area activities/moderately complex administrative duties as appropriate for the program

May act as a liaison between the program and CMS regarding team member’s access to CMS systems and tools.

Perform business development activities, as needed

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:● Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience● Required Experience: 8+ years of experience supporting medium to large IT projects● Required Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio● Required Skills and Abilities:

Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, listening, documentation, presentation, facilitation, and collaboration

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex topics to management and other stakeholders

Experience working in an Agile Software Development environment

Familiarity with Integrated Master Schedules, and an in-depth understanding of SDLC, and PMLC.

Experience using JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project

Candidate must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance

Candidate must have lived in the United States at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years

● Preferred Skills:

Health Care Industry or Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) experience

Experience using Salesforce

Experience working in an Agile Software Development environment

Proficient in Microsoft Project, familiarity with Integrated Master Schedules, understanding of SDLC, and PMLC.

Communicate successfully with personnel at varying levels through the use of effective interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work well as part of a team and as an individual contributor
