Comscore is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to administer and organize all types of projects in our Commercial Operations organization, from simple activities to more complex plans.

Commercial Operations comprises of several internal business operations teams, including Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Client Operations, Salesforce CRM Operations, Sales Compensation, and Business Analytics.

These teams support and enable our internal clients in Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and other external-facing functions.

The Project Coordinator's responsibilities include working closely with our stakeholders and team members to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources and timeframes, to support our diverse projects. The successful candidate will perform various coordinating tasks, like scheduling and risk management, along with administrative duties, such as maintaining project documentation and status reporting. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, and experience collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders at all levels to ensure that projects are delivered to deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and information.
  • Manage operational programs such as Comscore's product go-to-market framework and Salesforce CRM development Center of Excellence (COE).
  • Leverage the Agile framework and Jira to manage development projects and tasks.
  • Support team members to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Assign project tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Ensure that stakeholders' needs are met as projects evolve.
  • Analyze project risks and opportunities.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Work with team members to eliminate blockers.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project and process documentation, plans, and reports.

Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field .
  • PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
  • 1-4 years' proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and other project management tools such as Smartsheets.
  • Working experience with Jira and the Agile software development framework.
