Contract Pay Rate: $44.00 - $48.00 / Hourly Rate

Salary at Permanent Hire: Negotiated with Client + Full Benefits

Location: 100% Remote

Contract Length: Estimated 11+ Month " Contract to Possible Permanent Hire "

Requirements
  • 3+ Years of Experience specifically as a Project Manager
  • 1+ Years of Experience in the Claims / Health Insurance Industry / Health Payer ( Understanding what a Claim is, Where it Goes, Who are the Providers, & How to Merge Two Lines of Business )
Job Description
  • Work with Business and IT Stakeholders to understand the parameters (Scope, Schedule, and Cost) of projects.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Tracks milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Serves as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
  • Works with limited guidance and is responsible for applying project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and systems.
  • Operates within defined parameters using project management methodology.
Skills:
  • Proven experience in project management and software development.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques.
  • Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
