- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and budget
- Meet with stakeholders to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan and comprehensive documentation to monitor and track progress
- Acts as the primary point of contact and communicates project status to all participants.
- Track project performance, accurately to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and plan costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using proper tools and techniques
- Monitors project progress and handle issues that arise.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- 3-5 years' experience as a Project Manager, Coordinator, or equivalent
- MUST have strong communication skills and strong ability to multitask/work on multiple concurrent projects at once
- PMP
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Extensive background with project management processes, techniques, and tools
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with Salesforce and Wrike a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
- Be able to manage concurrent projects
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
