Looking for experienced Project Manager/Coordinator - Richmond VA (must be able to go onsite in Richmond) W-2

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and budget
  • Meet with stakeholders to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan and comprehensive documentation to monitor and track progress
  • Acts as the primary point of contact and communicates project status to all participants.
  • Track project performance, accurately to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and plan costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using proper tools and techniques
  • Monitors project progress and handle issues that arise.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience as a Project Manager, Coordinator, or equivalent
  • MUST have strong communication skills and strong ability to multitask/work on multiple concurrent projects at once
  • PMP
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Extensive background with project management processes, techniques, and tools
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Salesforce and Wrike a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
  • Be able to manage concurrent projects
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
