Our work depends on an Ops Project/Task Sr Manager joining our team to lead the law enforcement and intelligence analysis support staff and directly engage with our client to enhance the coordination, execution, and planning of the DHS HSI IO mission. This will include performance analysis of the programs reporting to IO leadership, resource management of analysts supporting multiple task areas, coordinating training activities, supporting the drafting and production of status reports, maintaining and improving mission performance, and more.HOW A PROJECT/TASK SR MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT● Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned projects● Supervises the analytical support staff and directly engages with our client successfully execute ATLAS mission and tasks● Aligns team resources to meet client needs supporting various domestic and international activities to further the IO law enforcement and intelligence missions● Will have direct engagement with IO leadership and support overall contract performance, meeting expectations and obligations while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and mission evolutionWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science● Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience to include supervisory experience in a large office setting or high school diploma with 9 years of supervisory experience in large office management in lieu of a Bachelor's degree● Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI Eligible● Required Skills and Abilities: relevant experience in investigation, intelligence, government briefing, and/or policy/guidance development● Preferred Skills: knowledge of US immigration policy and procedures as well as knowledge of government criminal, intelligence, investigative, reporting, and/or travel databases● Location: Hybrid●US Citizenship RequiredGDIT IS YOUR PLACE:● 401K with company match● Comprehensive health and wellness packages● Internal mobility team dedicated to helping you own your career● Professional growth opportunities including paid education and certifications● Cutting-edge technology you can learn from● Rest and recharge with paid vacation and holidaysThe likely salary range for this position is $116,979 - $157,550. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
