RESPONSIBILITIES:- Lad all phases of the computer-assisted mass appraisal project in keeping with client requirements for the project size and scope.
- Recognize and react strategically and professionally to difficult political environments.
- Analyze trends and identify and anticipate problems which cross organizational boundaries.
- Collaborate strategically with relevant parties including various levels of leadership to resolve issues of varying degrees of complexity.
- Leads and contributes to efforts to put in place systems which prevent problems from recurring.
- Progressively responsible IT experience
- Successfully manage complex and risky projects
- Business unit or business-unit-facing experience, with commitment to business problem solving.
- Experience in leading diverse teams
- Experience and ability in using “soft skills” or “people skills”
- Experience with implementation of software systems and platforms
- Workflow and prioritization of assignments
